Ridgewood Wildscape Association president Andy Antista toured the area, explaining its history and ecological importance

What arguably may be one of Ridgewood’s best kept secrets, Gypsy Pond was recently toured by Andy Antista, president of the Ridgewood Wildscape Association. Once a hotbed of activity, the site on the Ridgewood/Hawthorne border is a low-key, relaxing area with a diverse collection of wildlife.
